I had a teacher last year who pronounced it like the composer….but I honestly have no idea if that’s right as I’ve heard it pronounced about five different ways.

So, just posting this to say that this is a conversation that would be better suited to the forum. We don’t want to go clogging up dash’s with everyone’s two cents on the matter (which is why I had ignored the question when it first came in…).

Glad to know that the first comment we get about this is in all-caps anger.
For the record, this is not our doing. There is some glitch with Tumblr’s queue, and I see no way to prevent the double-posting. The Doctor Who blog sometimes has this problem as well. If it’s annoying your dash that much, why not complain to Tumblr and urge them to fix it?
